Heads up, this is a short preamble this week. I also anticipate this may be a trend over the next few weeks.
Why?
Work, family, life, just stuff….all good, just busy.
This week my wife and I spent time aligning calendars for the next month or so and it seems like between both of our work, planned travel and the kids’ end of school year schedules, ceremonies and appointments, things are going to get crazy.
It can be hard to maintain steam when your brain is going in a million different directions, right?
Sometimes you can power through it. Sometimes you can’t. When you are younger you stress out trying to make it all perfect. As you get older you become wise enough to realize that something has to give.
So this week’s casualty is the preamble. Sorry, Friends. Sh*t happens.
But before I go, gotta give a shout out to the Moms for Mother’s Day. Where would we all be without them?
Make sure to give some extra love and appreciation to the Moms you know this weekend. No matter how hectic things get for them, they always seem to find a way to power through and find a little extra to give to their families.
And with that…your weekly reminder to check out the links. Enjoy your weekend!
Happy Mother’s Day Moms!!!
XOXO
Dave
