What does a rainbow colored logo mean to you?When you see a company logo stylized with rainbow colors on LinkedIn, as we are much more likely to do the month of June, what does it mean to you? What is your first reaction?Does it bring a sense of peace? A sense of pride? A sense of hope?Or does it trigger you? Does it bring fear? Bring anger? I was reminded this week that this is not a simple answer.You may support the movement for inclusion and equality that it is supposed to signify, but it may also make you angry. You may also be a good corporate citizen but this simple act can trigger feelings of fear and concern. Is your company an activist or an opportunist? Is this change a symbol of allyship?
